This panel focuses on issues relating to distance learning of languages. Presenters will provide a pedagogical framework for distance learning, exploring the unique challenges and potentials that this mode of instruction provides. Specific profiles of best practices, and discussions of lessons learned from both research and practical experience will also be provided.
